‘The St Mary’s Hall Coventry Tapestry: Weaving the Threads Together’ edited by Mark Webb (2024) is a major new publication following several years of research and including papers from the conference held in the guildhall in September 2019. The volume is published by Shaun Tyas and has 220 pages and 100 colour photographs, maps and plans.

It is available for the subsidised price of £20 per copy thanks to the generous support of the Yorkist History Trust and the Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art.

‘An Historical Map of Coventry: From Medieval City to Industrial City’ is published by The Historic Towns Trust (2022) and is available at £9.99. The fold-out map is based on the 1913 Ordnance Survey, showing Coventry before its transformation into an industrial city at the beginning of the 20th century. Significant surviving and lost medieval buildings and features are plotted on the map from the results of the latest documentary and archaeological research.
